Heritage Oaks RV Resort

Can't say enough great things! This was our first stop on our first RV road trip. It is right off the I75 exit but you wouldn't know it. Both Kelsey and Brandon were beyond kind while checking us in and then coming to our rescue when we were setting things up. The grounds are immaculate. They have thought of SO many things. Each pad is nicely spaced from the other to give some privacy. They have beautiful plants all around. It is obviously a newer property so there is not much shade, but they have taken the time to think things through. Our dogs enjoyed the dog park and the kids enjoyed the playground. Unfortunately we were only there for a night, but the pool looked quite inviting! There were hammocks to lay in and a large field for the kids to play ball in. We hope we are able to return for a longer stay next time!

Excellent RV resort nice and quiet shade trees 🌴 everywhere really reduced the temperature in our RV by at least 10 to 15 degrees on a hot Florida day , the owners were so nice and they went out of their way to accommodate us and guide us to our spot

This place is about to become the RV campground that everyone is going to stop at, stay a while and enjoy the Florida skyline. The spots are concrete and asphalt for the pull through sites. The pool, bar, game room, massage room, playground, volleyball court and pickleball courts are just a few of the attractions for you to enjoy while visiting. I 110% recommend you check this gem out.

We absolutely love Heritage Oaks! There is always something to do for both kids and adults. They have volleyball, pickleball, basketball, and so many other activities to keep everyone entertained. The pool and hot tub are wonderful, and the food trucks are a great option when you don't feel like cooking. There's even a poker room, karaoke nights, a nice bar area, and an arcade packed with fun games for all ages. What really stands out is how much thought goes into everything. Activities for all ages—The outdoor bathrooms are cleaner and nicer than many homes, stocked with everything you could need. You can tell the owner has thought of every detail to make guests feel welcome and have a great time. Highly recommend Heritage Oaks for a fun and relaxing getaway!

This resort is beautiful. The staff is so welcoming.The pool is refreshing. Everything was done with a lot of thought. Every time we leave we are ready to come back! It is my kids favorite camping spot. They have tons of events and kid friendly activities planned! It’s a great place and I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Heritage Oaks RV Resort! From the moment we pulled in, we could tell it was designed with families in mind. The sites were clean, spacious, and easy to get into, with plenty of room for kids to play without feeling crowded by neighbors. The amenities really set this place apart. The pool area was spotless and perfect for all ages—shallow areas for younger kids and plenty of loungers for the adults. The playground, pickleball, basketball courts, yard games kept everyone busy throughout the day, and the clubhouse offered fun indoor options for evenings or rainy afternoons. The poker room was a hit with all the guys. They didn’t forget about the ladies either their spa room was so nice and relaxing. All of the planned activities kept the kids busy for hours and their activities director made sure the activities were directed towards every age group. Kids and adult bingo was a family favorite for our crew. They have well kept bathhouses, and a fully stocked camp store along with a bar with three big screen TVs overlooking the pool and lounge area. What really made the stay special was the welcoming atmosphere. Staff members were friendly and helpful, and other campers had that “good neighbor” vibe that makes you feel right at home. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and family-oriented RV resort with great amenities, this one is definitely worth the trip. We can’t wait to come back!

This place is amazing. The welcoming staff, beautiful decor, top notch amenities, and planned events for the whole family to enjoy! My kids are spread out in age from 4-12 and they offer so many different things my kids are worn out by the end of the day! Last time we were there they had vendors set up, a huge waterside, awesome relaxing pool, and a huge game room! We will be back!

This was our first time visiting Heritage Oaks and was able to rent an onsite Camper. The resort, pool, bathhouse, game room and camper we rented was top notch. We have already booked our next stay! Great employees, owners, and a new favorite place!

This RV park is incredible! Beautiful grounds with so much to do. The swimming pool is so nice. Love the sitting/tanning shelf. The owners/managers/staff are all so friendly, nice and helpful. They have a great hangout area near the pool with a bar and big screen TVs. There’s pickle ball courts, basketball, volleyball, dog park and playground for kids. We love staying here and will return for sure. They also have some daily activities for all. We played bingo. So much fun. 🤩 Plenty of space for our RV and tow vehicle. We give it 5 stars ⭐️

We just had the BEST 5 days at this amazing place! It recently opened and is going to be a BIG success! The property and sites are ultra clean and spacious, meticulously maintained and perfectly laid out. We had a back in concrete site and it was very level. The amenities are the best! We enjoyed the gorgeous pool, the fabulous bar (and bar staff!) and game area/pavilion, our pup Harper loved the dog park and our grandson loved playing in one of the best playgrounds we've ever seen! Sunsets are amazing! Campfire "lounge" area is lovely, with big mature trees, porch swings and seating. Activities and food trucks make it extra fun. No expense was spared to make this a TRUE resort! But, the BEST part was the people who make this place what it is! We were fortunate enough to meet ALL of the staff, including Kelsey (Gen. Mgr) and her sweet family, the delightful owners of the resort, the incredible gentlemen who handle all of the maintenance and landscaping with a smile and kind word for everyone, and some of the super friendly long term residents! It's hard to explain but, once you're there, you literally feel like part of a very special family! We are blessed to have found this place and can't wait to come back frequently! I wish I had taken photos to post but we were too busy having FUN!!

Fantastic experience, we’ve stayed in the area while traveling north and south on I-75 to our destinations before, but made this place a destination of its own for “Spring Break”. Great location, very nice new facilities, and friendly staff - pricing was right on the money, too. We’ve enjoyed the many nearby State Parks and springs daily while taking advantage of the resort's amenities. Plenty of activities for kids of all ages and adults, set in a relaxed, tranquil campground. I would highly recommend this as a stop along your travels and give it 1-2 nights to enjoy the location and its surroundings.

This park is geared toward BOTH kids and adults so its truly a family getaway where everyone can be entertained, relaxed and happy. The owners took great care when planning this resort and it shows in every tiny detail. We love the location in proximity to Wild Adventures and all of the outdoor recreation N.Fla has to offer, but never leaving the resort is kind of nice too. With amenities like beach volleyball, pickelball, basketball, poker room, pool, hot tub, massage room, bar, arcade, clean dog park, and a spa like bath house, you dont have to! The owners and staff are some of the nicest people you could meet and we cant wait to return!

We were headed home to TN from Auburndale, FL pulling our 5th wheel toy hauler and the turbo in my husband’s truck blew out. We were stranded at a small gas station on a Sunday afternoon, not sure if we could make it down the road to a hotel. I looked up RV places just to see if by chance there was one anywhere near us and I found this little gem .2 miles away. I called and s/w Kelsey and she immediately said “Here’s the gate code, find the first spot you can, hook up and then come to the office. If you can’t make it here, we will figure out a way to come pick y’all up”. When we got here, her husband came over and helped us, told us to take our time, not to worry and if we needed anything to let them know. It was the biggest relief for such a scary time. The place is absolutely beautiful! It’s clean and the people are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and we will come back now that we know it’s here!

Beautiful place it's truly a must park and see. Awesome amenities. And the food trucks are great. It's a different type of RV park.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Heritage Oaks! There is something for everyone here. From the arcade to the poker room, spa, basketball courts, pool, hot tub, fire pit, dog park, and more, we enjoyed every amenity there was. Staff was great and attentive as well! Overall, when looking for a clean and modern RV resort, you can't beat Heritage Oaks. We can't wait to go back!
