We stayed here for about two months and had such a great time! The park itself is beautiful! It’s gated and safe! The bath houses and showers are absolutely top notch, some of the cleanest and nicest I’ve ever seen. The arcade was such a fun bonus for the kids, I’m not sure they ever left. The gathering area is huge and pool is great and beautiful as well. We loved the weekend food trucks and events. The sites are huge and paved, but you still get that “camping in nature” feel. The staff is was so kind and helpful the whole time. Robin & Kelsey were SO great with the kids and treated us like family as well as the owners. Our favorite person who literally made the entire trip was Jose the grounds keeper. He was so kind and courteous and insisted on lending a hand with anything and everything he could even things that weren’t even his job. Please keep him around forever! We will definitely be back!

Heritage Oaks was one of the best places we have stayed while traveling with my fiancé. My fiancé got there. Wait before we did. He got there when they first opened and they still did their very best to accommodate him. They always got fun weekends planned for stuff for you and your child. They have a park a pool and a hot tub. They also have one of the cheapest but the best massage therapist over there so I 10 out of 10 do recommend this place once you come here you become like family with everybody. I miss my wellborn family so bad.🩷

We first stayed there back in May and loved so much decided to leave the camper there so our grand kids could go and have fun as often as they can. The owners Greg and Ashley always make a point to say hello and see how things are going couple of the nicest people I've met. The managers Kelsey and Brandon also 2 of nicest people we have met make sure each day is fun and filled with enjoyment especially for our grandkids. The park is always kept immaculate All the staff is always pleasant and helpful. If you're looking to stay a weekend or possibly a lifetime this is the park.

Heritage Oaks RV Resort is by far the best campground we have ever lived. They have the best amenities for everyone in the family, children, and adults When they designed this place, they had everyone in mind. The management here is so great! I can’t say enough good things about here! That also offer massages on the weekend and so many activities for the whole family!

Where do I begin? This resort is truly one for the books. From the moment we arrived, the outstanding staff went above and beyond, and the overall attention to detail across the property was highly impressive.The amenities are excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and relaxing hot tub, the fantastic food truck offered great dining options right on-site, and the showers were exceptionally clean and modern.Having traveled extensively across the United States, we have stayed at some of the best resorts in the country. However, this property completely raised the bar for us, easily displacing our previous top five favorites. If you are looking for a top-tier RV getaway, look no further—you won't be disappointed.

Heritage Oaks was an amazing stay! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the bathrooms, office, game room, and pool were kept so clean the entire time. I’ve honestly never stayed at a campground that felt this clean and accommodating! It was perfect for both adults and kids, with plenty of games, activities, and even things to do when the weather wasn’t cooperating. It was POURING rain and practically flooding, and they still kept the party going with us! We had such a great time and would 100% stay here again. We’d recommend Heritage Oaks to anyone looking for a campground with great amenities, awesome staff, and even better vibes!

Best RV resort in North Florida 😍

Stayed at Heritage Oaks for an overnight on return trip from Disneyworld. This is a beautiful new RV Resort with very friendly staff. Beautiful pool and covered lounge area. Bar was open when we were there. Spotless bathrooms and showers. They have the nicest playground I’ve seen with fun for all ages. Very nice pads and sites, no shade yet. Only thing I think they could add would be walkways across grassy areas to pool and other facilities.

Very well maintained RV Park. Only 8 months old and still adding things. Need picnic tables for a number of sites.

Nice new RV park. Very quiet, especially considering how close it is to the interstate. Employees were all great. Constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything. Also offered free events for kids and adults.

Heritage Oaks RV Resort is hands down one of the nicest RV resorts in North Florida. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the sites are spacious and level, and everything is incredibly clean. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The amenities are outstanding. The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing, and there’s something for everyone with pickleball, basketball, volleyball, a dog park, arcade, playground, and plenty of activities throughout the week. The bathhouses and laundry facilities are spotless, and it’s clear the owners pay attention to every detail. Even though it’s conveniently located near I-75, the resort is peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to unwind. Whether you’re staying for a weekend or an extended trip, Heritage Oaks offers a true resort experience rather than just a place to park your RV. This place is amazing, I spoke to the owners and they are as nice as can be! So much fun and the activities are endless !
