Heritage Oaks RV Resort

Heritage Oaks was an amazing stay! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the bathrooms, office, game room, and pool were kept so clean the entire time. I’ve honestly never stayed at a campground that felt this clean and accommodating! It was perfect for both adults and kids, with plenty of games, activities, and even things to do when the weather wasn’t cooperating. It was POURING rain and practically flooding, and they still kept the party going with us! We had such a great time and would 100% stay here again. We’d recommend Heritage Oaks to anyone looking for a campground with great amenities, awesome staff, and even better vibes!

Best RV resort in North Florida 😍

Stayed at Heritage Oaks for an overnight on return trip from Disneyworld. This is a beautiful new RV Resort with very friendly staff. Beautiful pool and covered lounge area. Bar was open when we were there. Spotless bathrooms and showers. They have the nicest playground I’ve seen with fun for all ages. Very nice pads and sites, no shade yet. Only thing I think they could add would be walkways across grassy areas to pool and other facilities.

Very well maintained RV Park. Only 8 months old and still adding things. Need picnic tables for a number of sites.

Nice new RV park. Very quiet, especially considering how close it is to the interstate. Employees were all great. Constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything. Also offered free events for kids and adults.

Heritage Oaks RV Resort is hands down one of the nicest RV resorts in North Florida. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the sites are spacious and level, and everything is incredibly clean. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The amenities are outstanding. The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing, and there’s something for everyone with pickleball, basketball, volleyball, a dog park, arcade, playground, and plenty of activities throughout the week. The bathhouses and laundry facilities are spotless, and it’s clear the owners pay attention to every detail. Even though it’s conveniently located near I-75, the resort is peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to unwind. Whether you’re staying for a weekend or an extended trip, Heritage Oaks offers a true resort experience rather than just a place to park your RV. We absolutely love Heritage Oaks! From the moment you arrive, it’s clear that there’s something for everyone to enjoy. They have so many activities, you’ll never run out of things to do. Whether it be pickleball or if you just want to lay by the pool or hot tub. One of our favorite things is the variety of features offered. The food trucks are perfect for when you don't want to have to drive into town and there’s a poker room, karaoke nights, a beautiful bar area, and an arcade that’s fun for both kids and adults. What truly set Heritage Oaks apart is the attention to detail. The owners have created a place that’s fun, welcoming, and family-friendly. Every aspect of the property feel's planned and its cleaner than many other RV parks. You can tell the owners genuinely care about providing an amazing experience for their guests. We highly recommend Heritage Oaks.

This is an outstanding RV resort! The grounds are exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and welcoming for families. The pool and hot tub area are peaceful and relaxing, and the addition of an on-site massage therapist makes the experience even more enjoyable. It is also conveniently located by I-75! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved this RV park! It’s so pretty and has such a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. There are tons of activities for all ages, so no one ever gets bored. The pool was definitely our favorite—clean, refreshing, and the perfect place to spend the day! Everything was well maintained, and you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the park beautiful. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Heritage Oaks RV Resort! The entire resort is spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, but what really impressed us were the amenities. The clubhouse is absolutely beautiful and a great place to relax or meet other guests. The game room is a lot of fun and gives you something to do even on rainy days. The pickleball courts are excellent and were one of our favorite parts of the resort—they’re well maintained and always a great place to get some exercise and meet friendly people. The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was inviting, and you can tell they take pride in keeping the resort in top-notch condition. If you’re looking for an RV resort with great amenities, friendly people, and a relaxing environment, Heritage Oaks is hard to beat. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place to stay and very well maintained! Would highly recommend!

Can't say enough great things! This was our first stop on our first RV road trip. It is right off the I75 exit but you wouldn't know it. Both Kelsey and Brandon were beyond kind while checking us in and then coming to our rescue when we were setting things up. The grounds are immaculate. They have thought of SO many things. Each pad is nicely spaced from the other to give some privacy. They have beautiful plants all around. It is obviously a newer property so there is not much shade, but they have taken the time to think things through. Our dogs enjoyed the dog park and the kids enjoyed the playground. Unfortunately we were only there for a night, but the pool looked quite inviting! There were hammocks to lay in and a large field for the kids to play ball in. We hope we are able to return for a longer stay next time!

Excellent RV resort nice and quiet shade trees 🌴 everywhere really reduced the temperature in our RV by at least 10 to 15 degrees on a hot Florida day , the owners were so nice and they went out of their way to accommodate us and guide us to our spot
