We stayed here for about two months and had such a great time! The park itself is beautiful! It’s gated and safe! The bath houses and showers are absolutely top notch, some of the cleanest and nicest I’ve ever seen. The arcade was such a fun bonus for the kids, I’m not sure they ever left. The gathering area is huge and pool is great and beautiful as well. We loved the weekend food trucks and events. The sites are huge and paved, but you still get that “camping in nature” feel. The staff is was so kind and helpful the whole time. Robin & Kelsey were SO great with the kids and treated us like family as well as the owners. Our favorite person who literally made the entire trip was Jose the grounds keeper. He was so kind and courteous and insisted on lending a hand with anything and everything he could even things that weren’t even his job. Please keep him around forever! We will definitely be back!

Heritage Oaks RV Resort is by far the best campground we have ever lived. They have the best amenities for everyone in the family, children, and adults When they designed this place, they had everyone in mind. The management here is so great! I can’t say enough good things about here! That also offer massages on the weekend and so many activities for the whole family!
Heritage Oaks was an amazing stay! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the bathrooms, office, game room, and pool were kept so clean the entire time. I’ve honestly never stayed at a campground that felt this clean and accommodating! It was perfect for both adults and kids, with plenty of games, activities, and even things to do when the weather wasn’t cooperating. It was POURING rain and practically flooding, and they still kept the party going with us! We had such a great time and would 100% stay here again. We’d recommend Heritage Oaks to anyone looking for a campground with great amenities, awesome staff, and even better vibes!

Even though it’s conveniently located near I-75, the resort is peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to unwind. This is an outstanding RV resort! The grounds are exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and welcoming for families. The pool and hot tub area are peaceful and relaxing, and the addition of an on-site massage therapist makes the experience even more enjoyable. It is also conveniently located by I-75! We highly recommend this resort!

Can't say enough great things! This was our first stop on our first RV road trip. It is right off the I75 exit but you wouldn't know it. Both Kelsey and Brandon were beyond kind while checking us in and then coming to our rescue when we were setting things up. The grounds are immaculate. They have thought of SO many things. Each pad is nicely spaced from the other to give some privacy. They have beautiful plants all around. It is obviously a newer property so there is not much shade, but they have taken the time to think things through. Our dogs enjoyed the dog park and the kids enjoyed the playground. Unfortunately we were only there for a night, but the pool looked quite inviting! There were hammocks to lay in and a large field for the kids to play ball in. We hope we are able to return for a longer stay next time!
This place is about to become the RV campground that everyone is going to stop at, stay a while and enjoy the Florida skyline. The spots are concrete and asphalt for the pull through sites. The pool, bar, game room, massage room, playground, volleyball court and pickleball courts are just a few of the attractions for you to enjoy while visiting. I 110% recommend you check this gem out.
This resort is beautiful. The staff is so welcoming.The pool is refreshing. Everything was done with a lot of thought. Every time we leave we are ready to come back! It is my kids favorite camping spot. They have tons of events and kid friendly activities planned! It’s a great place and I highly recommend it!
This RV park is incredible! Beautiful grounds with so much to do. The swimming pool is so nice. Love the sitting/tanning shelf. The owners/managers/staff are all so friendly, nice and helpful. They have a great hangout area near the pool with a bar and big screen TVs. There’s pickle ball courts, basketball, volleyball, dog park and playground for kids. We love staying here and will return for sure. They also have some daily activities for all. We played bingo. So much fun. 🤩 Plenty of space for our RV and tow vehicle. We give it 5 stars ⭐️
This park is geared toward BOTH kids and adults so its truly a family getaway where everyone can be entertained, relaxed and happy. The owners took great care when planning this resort and it shows in every tiny detail. We love the location in proximity to Wild Adventures and all of the outdoor recreation N.Fla has to offer, but never leaving the resort is kind of nice too. With amenities like beach volleyball, pickelball, basketball, poker room, pool, hot tub, massage room, bar, arcade, clean dog park, and a spa like bath house, you dont have to! The owners and staff are some of the nicest people you could meet and we cant wait to return!

The sites were clean, spacious, and easy to get into, with plenty of room for kids to play without feeling crowded by neighbors. The amenities really set this place apart. The pool area was spotless and perfect for all ages—shallow areas for younger kids and plenty of loungers for the adults. The playground, pickleball, basketball courts, yard games kept everyone busy throughout the day, and the clubhouse offered fun indoor options for evenings or rainy afternoons. The poker room was a hit with all the guys. They didn’t forget about the ladies either their spa room was so nice and relaxing. They have well kept bathhouses, and a fully stocked camp store along with a bar with two big screen TVs overlooking the pool and lounge area. What really made the stay special was the welcoming atmosphere. Staff members were friendly and helpful, and other campers had that “good neighbor” vibe that makes you feel right at home. It truly had a warm, community feel without sacrificing privacy or comfort. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and family-oriented RV resort with great amenities, this one is definitely worth the trip. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved this place. Yes, it's under construction but it's cute, quiet and relaxing. It's also right off the freeway and very convenient. I hope we can make it back when it's finished. Just need to be able to make reservations after hours same day so we don't bother owners.
Stoped by to check out the campground! Everything looks Great! Nice concert slabs with plenty of room for your camper! The pull thru sites are amazing. Ran into an employee, Kelsey who shared All the updates the park has in store for the coming months! Can’t wait to visit once the amenities are complete. Looks as if the bathrooms are almost complete and the Clubhouse is being worked on now!! Great Park!! Come by and check it out!!

We had an amazing stay at Heritage Oaks RV Resort! The entire resort is spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, but what really impressed us were the amenities. The clubhouse is absolutely beautiful and a great place to relax or meet other guests. The game room is a lot of fun and gives you something to do even on rainy days. The pickleball courts are excellent and were one of our favorite parts of the resort—they’re well maintained and always a great place to get some exercise and meet friendly people. The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was inviting, and you can tell they take pride in keeping the resort in top-notch condition. If you’re looking for an RV resort with great amenities, friendly people, and a relaxing environment, Heritage Oaks is hard to beat. We can’t wait to come back!
Excellent RV resort nice and quiet shade trees 🌴 everywhere really reduced the temperature in our RV by at least 10 to 15 degrees on a hot Florida day , the owners were so nice and they went out of their way to accommodate us and guide us to our spot

This was our first time visiting Heritage Oaks and was able to rent an onsite Camper. The resort, pool, bathhouse, game room and camper we rented was top notch. We have already booked our next stay! Great employees, owners, and a new favorite place!
We just had the BEST 5 days at this amazing place! It recently opened and is going to be a BIG success! The property and sites are ultra clean and spacious, meticulously maintained and perfectly laid out. We had a back in concrete site and it was very level. The amenities are the best! We enjoyed the gorgeous pool, the fabulous bar (and bar staff!) and game area/pavilion, our pup Harper loved the dog park and our grandson loved playing in one of the best playgrounds we've ever seen! Sunsets are amazing! Campfire "lounge" area is lovely, with big mature trees, porch swings and seating. Activities and food trucks make it extra fun. No expense was spared to make this a TRUE resort! But, the BEST part was the people who make this place what it is! We were fortunate enough to meet ALL of the staff, including Kelsey (Gen. Mgr) and her sweet family, the delightful owners of the resort, the incredible gentlemen who handle all of the maintenance and landscaping with a smile and kind word for everyone, and some of the super friendly long term residents! It's hard to explain but, once you're there, you literally feel like part of a very special family! We are blessed to have found this place and can't wait to come back frequently! I wish I had taken photos to post but we were too busy having FUN!!

Such a beautiful and well kept place. Loved having bonfires under the giant live oak, sharing laughs in the game room, and having a fancy morning coffee and laundry date. Plus there are some great hikes, bikes, and restaurants in the area. The staff here are so friendly and accommodating.

We stayed overnight on our way down further south. Still had a bit of construction going, but such a beautiful park. The bathrooms were like being at a spa. The bar and patio werent open yet, but is so awesome looking and inviting. And the people running it couldnt be nicer. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will look forward to staying again.
My family stayed here multiple times traveling on highway 75 coming through desolate North Florida and was very surprised to find this quaint private resort just off of I 75. We stayed on the very back line along the oak tree line and felt very safe and secure. There are some amenities still under construction however I can definitely see the owners vision for this very unique high-end RV resort at incredibly reasonable nightly and long-term prices. Very excited to see this completed project and stay here again soon!
Stayed at Heritage Oaks over the Memorial Day weekend for the Florida Folk Festival. The site is in its infancy and still has work going on but this did not detract from the overall experience. Steve was a pleasure to chat with and a gentleman too, he kindly shared his knowledge and enthusiasm for how the site is developing. Kelsea was also lovely and came along to personally welcome us. The kids play area although not finished yet, probably will be by the time you stay; has swings, slides, climbing frame etc.. there is also a lovely area towards the back with beautiful big cypress trees and a couple of swing chairs. We will definitely be back again next year.
Heritage Oaks was one of the best places we have stayed while traveling with my fiancé. My fiancé got there. Wait before we did. He got there when they first opened and they still did their very best to accommodate him. They always got fun weekends planned for stuff for you and your child. They have a park a pool and a hot tub. They also have one of the cheapest but the best massage therapist over there so I 10 out of 10 do recommend this place once you come here you become like family with everybody. I miss my wellborn family so bad.🩷
We first stayed there back in May and loved so much decided to leave the camper there so our grand kids could go and have fun as often as they can. The owners Greg and Ashley always make a point to say hello and see how things are going couple of the nicest people I've met. The managers Kelsey and Brandon also 2 of nicest people we have met make sure each day is fun and filled with enjoyment especially for our grandkids. The park is always kept immaculate All the staff is always pleasant and helpful. If you're looking to stay a weekend or possibly a lifetime this is the park.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and relaxing hot tub, the fantastic food truck offered great dining options right on-site, and the showers were exceptionally clean and modern.Having traveled extensively across the United States, we have stayed at some of the best resorts in the country. However, this property completely raised the bar for us, easily displacing our previous top five favorites. If you are looking for a top-tier RV getaway, look no further—you won't be disappointed.
Stayed at Heritage Oaks for an overnight on return trip from Disneyworld. This is a beautiful new RV Resort with very friendly staff. Beautiful pool and covered lounge area. Bar was open when we were there. Spotless bathrooms and showers. They have the nicest playground I’ve seen with fun for all ages. Very nice pads and sites, no shade yet. Only thing I think they could add would be walkways across grassy areas to pool and other facilities.
Nice new RV park. Very quiet, especially considering how close it is to the interstate. Employees were all great. Constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything. Also offered free events for kids and adults.

This place is amazing. The welcoming staff, beautiful decor, top notch amenities, and planned events for the whole family to enjoy! My kids are spread out in age from 4-12 and they offer so many different things my kids are worn out by the end of the day! Last time we were there they had vendors set up, a huge waterside, awesome relaxing pool, and a huge game room! We will be back!

Fantastic experience, we’ve stayed in the area while traveling north and south on I-75 to our destinations before, but made this place a destination of its own for “Spring Break”. Great location, very nice new facilities, and friendly staff - pricing was right on the money, too. We’ve enjoyed the many nearby State Parks and springs daily while taking advantage of the resort's amenities. Plenty of activities for kids of all ages and adults, set in a relaxed, tranquil campground. I would highly recommend this as a stop along your travels and give it 1-2 nights to enjoy the location and its surroundings.
We were headed home to TN from Auburndale, FL pulling our 5th wheel toy hauler and the turbo in my husband’s truck blew out. We were stranded at a small gas station on a Sunday afternoon, not sure if we could make it down the road to a hotel. I looked up RV places just to see if by chance there was one anywhere near us and I found this little gem .2 miles away. I called and s/w Kelsey and she immediately said “Here’s the gate code, find the first spot you can, hook up and then come to the office. If you can’t make it here, we will figure out a way to come pick y’all up”. When we got here, her husband came over and helped us, told us to take our time, not to worry and if we needed anything to let them know. It was the biggest relief for such a scary time. The place is absolutely beautiful! It’s clean and the people are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and we will come back now that we know it’s here!
This place is top-notch and I would highly recommend to anyone. We only stayed for one night because we were just staying the night in order to get up and drive the rest of the way home from Key West. This place is very clean and well maintained and definitely had families in mind when it was being designed. We will be back. Can’t find one bad thing to say. 2 thumbs up!

WOW! Just wow!!! I was so blown away by how beautiful, spacious, & CLEAN this RV resort is! “Resort” doesn’t even do this place justice, truly it is so nice!!! The Ritz-Carlton of RV parks! 🤩 It has everything you could ever want or need for your family. From the kids entertainment (basketball, pickle ball & volleyball courts, arcade room, playground), to the adult entertainment (massage room, card room, bar), to the cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever seen at a campground! So many hangout areas for the whole family too - the pool/hottub, several different seat/swing spots. They even have a dog park! And the customer service and community is an added bonus. Everyone is so helpful and nice! 12/10! We can’t wait to go back and spend another weekend here. Thank you Heritage Oaks for our family’s awesome new weekend getaway spot!

We stayed two nights while traveling home to Naples, FL. We couldn’t have been more impressed with this new RV resort …..and, it is a resort! The bathhouse was new, clean and fully functional. Beautiful laundry room and the area around the pool was definitely “resort” feeling. Also, pickleball court!!!! Highly recommend!
So far so good. It is our first day at this location. Sites are spacious, some if not all are paved. This place is still under construction. Only we have found that might be a negative is there is not much if any shade from trees. What little there is one side gets morning sun the other side gets evening sun. There is a playground it does look nice. The pool is one of the areas still under construction. Construction crews were working upon our arrival.
